What leaves you feeling bound and unable to be who God made you to be?

Unbound and Free was designed primarily for women to learn to take the necessary steps to heal from infidelity and betrayal trauma. However, the longer I do this, the more I realize all women need to heal or grown in some way. I want to come alongside you as you learn to walk in truth and freedom ~ becoming all that you were made to be!
Rest and Reset!
It all began with an idea. Or maybe “desire” is a more accurate description. After my marriage and ministry completely unraveled, God brought people alongside me to provide a place to live, a place to rest and reset. This happened 3 different times during the first 10 months of the worst pain and confusion I had ever known. I clearly remember asking God to allow me to be able to offer this to someone else when they need it most.

My dream is to have a place a woman can go when life has thrown her a few curveballs. When betrayal, or decisions of regret, times of grief, or even life transition from missions or ministry. A space where she feels safe and can begin to build upon a "white space" that seems to be so scary and yet somewhat inviting as well.

2024 has offered the opportunity to begin to build towards this vision. I am opening up my home for one or two women at a time to have a fully furnished place of rest and reset.
To begin building this, I feel inspired to invite others into this journey. God has always designed us to "work together" as we come alongside those in need.
To begin, I am inviting 25 women to join this opportunity to provide for those in a special place of need. This is not designed to be permanent, but to temporarily allow her to arrive with possibly little else than a suitcase. With only $50 per month you can help give a safe place to lay her head. She will have privacy as well as times of bible study and connection to others that have walked out a similar journey.

Eventually, I am praying for a place of retreat, as well as rest and reset. A place where groups of women can come to lean into what God is calling them to do. Or a place for fun, rest and fellowship from ministry or missions, or even for a group of women to enjoy being together. I have visions of workshops, spa retreats, cooking classes, "what next" coaching seminars, and the list can go on and on.

I know in a deeply intimate way what the enemy will use to keep us bound and unable to enjoy and walk in the freedom Christ died for us to have.
Having returned from the mission field with my own crisis of faith as my marriage and mission completely unraveled, God and I began a journey of healing and hope. I am compelled to share this with others who truly want to live an “unbound and free” life in Jesus.
Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.
